Les oublis s\u2019accumulent et peuvent entra\u00eener des sanctions, des blocages bancaires, des questions de responsabilit\u00e9 , voire une dissolution judiciaire. Un d\u00e9faut de mise \u00e0 jour cr\u00e9e une discordance entre la BCE, le Moniteur et le registre UBO, peut bloquer votre compte bancaire de l\u2019ASBL. Je v\u00e9rifie la coh\u00e9rence de vos donn\u00e9es et r\u00e9gularise les situations<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ordinaire &amp; extra ordinaire<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019AG doit \u00eatre convoqu\u00e9e 15 jours \u00e0 l\u2019avance avec un ordre du jour pr\u00e9cis. Chaque point \u00e0 voter doit y figurer explicitement. Les d\u00e9cisions prises en dehors des r\u00e8gles de quorum et majorit\u00e9 sont nulles.
